Addrit in Word: General View

Addrit is carried out either in "Microsoft ® Word" or in "Microsoft ® Outlook ®".
For this Word will be extended with the following toolbar:

Inserting of an address is very simple:

• Start Addrit.

• Select desired recipient.

• Configurate address, depending upon settings automatically or manual.

• Automatic address insertion into the document.

The program is optimized in such a way, that an address with as few
steps as possible can be determined and inserted into the document.

Addrit's Menu in Word:

With user-defined parameters default values - e.g. for the type of the address and the salutation - can be defined, with which the handling in many cases can be further optimized.

Starting with version 4.1.0 forms fields can be filled in by Addrit. Another feature of Addrit is the creation of documents for mail merge (e.g. serial letters). Many fields out of Outlook and/or Outlook Express can be inserted in Word by the use of defined text marks.
